MARTINI

1½ ounces London dry gin

1½ ounces dry vermouth

3 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters or orange bitters

Lemon peel, olive, or cherry, for garnish

Stir well with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel, olive, or cherry.
